"Mindset Mastery"

Studies show that a simple morning ritual to cultivate an empowered mindset can set the tone for the day and have a profound impact on one's life, both personally and professionally.  In this exciting and insightful presentation, Stephen will share the top morning rituals of the world's most successful people and explore different modalities to help each attendee create a personalized and powerful morning ritual.

"Growth Mindset" is a term often seen in recent personal development literature.  Attendees will discover what the "Growth Mindset" really means and how to embrace its impact and benefits.

Stephen will also share with attendees how to shift their internal dialogue and perceptive positioning in a way that makes a radical difference in their personal well-being and professional performance. 

Stephen G. Sainato, Esq., BCC is a Board Certified and NYU Certified professional coach.  His clients include doctors, lawyers, executives, mental health professionals, business owners, teachers, students and more.  Stephen has been a featured writer by organizations such as CNBC and The National Coaching Academy, and has conducted workshops for organizations including the New Jersey State Bar Association and Northern New Jersey Professionals.  Stephen is the owner and founder of Extraordinary Coaching & Leadership™ and co-founder of the Live Fully Summit.

Stephen grew up in Morristown, New Jersey.  After tap dancing professionally through his twenties, he hung up his tap shoes to pursue the practice of law.  Stephen attended Rutgers Law School, where he graduated first in his class.  After practicing in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Real Property groups at Shearman & Sterling LLP, Stephen transitioned into professional coaching.  Stephen coaches clients remotely across the globe one-on-one and in groups.
