This session is ONLY for NJALA Members and their guests.  


During this program we will overview the key reasons law firms rebrand and explore the trends as well as opportunities in the stationery suite of a firms branded materials. We will share key results from our 2019 law firm branding survey, discuss the perceptions among the generations and explore how sensory marketing can help to differentiate your firm.  We’ll explain the significance of a brand audit and provide tips on how to conduct one to ensure consistency - the key to brand awareness.


Susan Jacobs, Director of Marketing & Client Services

Susan Jacobs is the Director of Marketing and Client Services for ALL-STATE LEGAL. With over 25 years of marketing experience, Susan, who is also a member of ASL’s executive team, leads the marketing team in strategic development and tactical implementation for ASL’s marketing initiatives. In 2011, Susan served as President of the Metropolitan New York Chapter of the Legal Marketing Association.  Susan has also served as a board member of the International Engraving and Graphics Association.

Anne Itri, Director of Customer Care, Graphics, and Telesales

Anne Itri is the Director of Customer Care, Graphics, and Telesales for ALL-STATE LEGAL. Anne leads her client services and sales teams in bringing our customers and prospects trends and new ideas in the legal market place, combined with world class customer care. Anne has also served as the New Jersey Group Chairperson of the Legal Marketing Association in the past. An extensive background in printing, law firm specialty supplies, and a degree in Paralegal Technology allows Anne to provide a unique level of expertise in the market place.
