Lichtenberg, Esq. of Fisher Phillips LLP In addition to changes in federal law, New Jersey has been on the forefront of adding several leave laws and workplace protections to address the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak on employees and employers in the State. It is imperative legal management professionals understand new and existing laws during this difficult time. This session will break down the logistics and the impact of these laws, both in the short- and long-term. David B. Lichtenberg, Esq. is a partner in Fisher Phillips LLP's New Jersey office. His practice focuses on employment litigation, counseling and management training. In addition to his litigation/administrative practice, David regularly counsels clients on employment law matters, with a particular emphasis on disability management. He has dedicated his entire professional career to representing management exclusively in workplace law and related litigation. David is a long-time member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and currently serves as Vice President, Legislative Affairs for its Morris County (New Jersey) Chapter.
