New Jersey Association of Legal Administrators is dedicated to the continued improvement of law office operations through monthly educational programs, the publication of a quarterly newsletter and, perhaps most importantly, by encouraging "networking" with other administrators. The NJALA newsletter has been recognized as one of the most outstanding newsletters in the International ALA. The Association also publishes an Annual Equipment Survey, Membership Handbook and a Salary Survey of support, administrative and professional staff.
