Virtual Panel and Roundtable Conversation – August 3, 5:30 pm

Engage in a conversation with your NJALA colleagues about what returning to the office (IRL – In Real Life!) may look like in the fall, how to prepare, and what challenges we may expect.

NJALA has invited a guest from NJLAP to speak about the psychological/mental/emotional effects the past year has had on employees and what behavior changes to look out for once we return.  We will also learn what resources are available at the NJLAP to help with these challenges.  Also joining us are two of NJALA’s business partners to share what new trends they are seeing in the workplace and in the hiring process.

This Virtual Panel and Roundtable Conversation will last about 1.5 hours from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm.  Each invited guest will be given about 15 minutes to present and entertain Q&A.  The remaining time for this event will be in an open discussion format to share ideas and ask questions of your colleagues about what their firms may be doing to prepare to return to the office.  Feel free to forward questions or topics you would like to be part of this conversation – [email protected] or [email protected]
