Director of Finance (posted February, 2012)
Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer seeks Director of Finance to be responsible for all financial activity for 133 attorneys and 185 support staff in 4 branch offices. Through management and supervision of a staff of 11, responsibilities include:
• General ledger accounting.
• Annual and strategic budgeting.
• Conflicts administration.
• Accounts payable.
• Accounts receivable.
• Payroll.
• Tax return preparation.
• Client collections.
• Cash management.
• Retirement plan administration.
• Trust account management.

Requires a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and at least 5 years law firm accounting experience. CPA highly preferred. Excellent analytic, communication and management skills.
